Led network of 20,000 staff and 30,000 donors to help 17 million clients in 22 countries work their way out of poverty, transform their lives, and strengthen their families and communities. Advanced the organization’s mission to end extreme poverty by 2030 by driving worldwide initiatives to create a long-term strategic plan, unite eight international offices under one global banner, rebrand the organization, streamline operations, and increase global fundraising to expand work around the world.
2006 - 2012
Led extensive reorganization and rebranding of the nation’s premier food bank/pantry network not-for-profit, from America’s Second Harvest to Feeding America. Increased donations 300% and doubled the population served by the organization establishing it at the 3rd largest not-for-profit in the nation. Established partnerships with Walmart, JP Morgan Chase, Kraft, Morgan Stanley, General Mills, and other leading companies, quadrupling revenue and helping to grow Feeding America to a $1.2B organization—making it America’s largest domestic hunger relief organization at the time.
2001 - 2004
Served in senior leadership positions, including SVP of Airport Customer Service and EVP of Customer Service during a nearly 30-year career, rising to Chief Marketing Officer in 2001. As one of the highest-ranking women in the aviation industry at the time, oversaw $15B revenue and led workforce of 52,000.

Responsible for all aspects of customer service execution and delivery. Led a workforce of 52,000 including flight attendants, airport personnel and cargo operations and personnel.
